PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LT COMBO JOINT system is an upgraded, modification and combination version from the common characteristic of anchorage elastomeric joint and rubber seal joint system.
LT COMBO JOINT system has been designed and developed through years of practical experiences on the Workability, Suitability and Durability of bridge joint system.
LT COMBO JOINT system is composed of five main components:
The types of aggregate recommended as follows:
- Flexi Seal (High-Performance Chloroprene Rubber)
- Alloy Rail (Grade 6061 / T6)
- Integrated Anchorage System
- Flexi Crete (Epoxy / Rubberized Base)
- Leveling Screed (High Strength Mortar)
Important Notes:
Flexi Crete with epoxy base is strongly recommended for those expansion joints at traffic light / slow moving / junction / turning area.

INSTALLATION
- Premix Marking and Saw Cut to the required joint dimension
- Hacking and Cleaning by Air Blower and Hot Air Burner
- Removing all Laitance and Sub-Standard Material
- Applying Leveling Screed to achieve an uniform lever between a joint system and premix
- Anchor Studs Installation
- Positioned and Fixed Railing
- Applying Nosing into the prepared trench
- Completed Joint System can be Trafficked within 1 – 2 Hours
