Product range
Core lines for bridge, highway, marine and building works — from our principal's certified rubber and steel manufacturing, plus our own extruded aluminium joint range. Every product below links to its datasheet. Send your specs or drawings for a quote.
Laminated Rubber Bearing Pad
Alternating layers of rubber and steel plate, vulcanised into a single block. The steel restrains the rubber under vertical load, so the pad stays stiff downwards while staying soft in shear — carrying deck load while absorbing rotation and horizontal movement at bridge supports. Manufactured to size for the bearing schedule, in natural rubber or neoprene.
Mechanical Pot Bearing
A plain elastomeric disk confined in a steel pot, behaving like a viscous fluid as the bearing rotates. Vertical load passes through a steel piston that fits closely to the pot wall; a PTFE sliding plate accommodates translation. Stable and economic at high load because the pot stays compact.
Rubber Expansion Joint System
Rubber (LTRJ) modular joint systems engineered for 50–2000 mm of deck movement, sealed watertight and bolted to the deck. The flexible element carries traffic across the gap while sealing against water, and is supplied in module lengths to bolt either side of the joint.
Rubber Strip
Rubber strip with UHMW-PE face pads, protecting pile caps at jetties and bridges from berthing impact.
Rubber Waterstop / PVC Waterstop
Moulded from vulcanised natural rubber, free of reclaimed rubber or vulcanised waste. Seals construction and expansion joints against water — water-retaining structures such as dams, culverts, reservoirs, sewage tanks and pools; water-excluding structures such as tunnels, basements and roof decks. Factory-moulded intersection pieces and a hot vulcanising kit are available for site jointing.
Architectural Control Joint
Our own range of extruded aluminium movement and control joint covers for floors, walls and ceilings. Screed-embedded floor joints for pedestrian, vehicle and seismic duty, plus wall and ceiling covers — all protecting the sealant, filler board and fire barrier inside the joint. Anodised or mill finish; powder coating and custom profiles to order; standard 3 m lengths.
Steel Expansion Joint System
Steel and modular joint devices for large deck movement, single-gap and multiple-gap systems, with the displacement control, bearing, and waterproofing built into the module. Supplied to suit the deck movement, skew, and traffic loading of the structure.
Formliner
Rubber form liners that cast textured and patterned finishes into structural and architectural concrete. Reusable across multiple pours. Patterns and panel sizes to suit the elevation — send your drawings.
Rubber Fender Strip
Rubber fender strip faced with UHMW-PE resin pads, fixed to pile caps at jetties and bridges to absorb berthing and vessel contact before it reaches the concrete. The rubber takes the energy; the ship-friendly face pad gives a low-friction contact surface that resists abrasion and marine borers, and won’t rot, split or crack. Also supplied for fender pile protection, workboat belting, lock protection and lock gate mitres.
